- ➤ The Wayne County Extension Office will offer several recertification courses for current private pesticide applicators and fertilizer recertification for both private & commercial applicators in early 2026. - ➤ Income-eligible households in Wayne County can now apply for winter energy bill help through Ohio’s Winter Crisis Program.
