- ➤ The Wayne County Schools Career Center will host its annual open house on Dec. 4th where visitors can tour programs, meet instructors, and learn about new fire—EMT training for next school year. Wooster High will host the OHSVCA State All-Star Match tomorrow with games starting at 11 a.m. and local players, including Sara Snowbarger, set to earn All-Ohio awards. The Bargain Hunter
- ➤ Downtown Wooster will host Winter Wonderland on November 21 from 3–9 p.m. as Main Street Wooster unveils holiday windows and Santa descends from the roof at 7 p.m.—festivities include reindeer, carriage rides, a Great Elf Scavenger Hunt and a Fire and Ice show at 8 p.m. for all ages. - ➤ NECIC Staffing expanded its workforce development services into Wooster to connect local residents with sustainable jobs and support services—helping individuals overcome personal challenges and partnering with local businesses. Jennifer Krinke and Sara Donohue now lead the new office at 201 E. Liberty St.—and the agency will contribute 5% to local workforce programs. The Bargain Hunter

- ➤ Wayne Center for the Arts received a $100,000 challenge grant — from the Audrey L. Beaverson Field of Interest Fund — that matches every donation to build its new Arts Park and FabLab. The center is matching community donations during November to fund a green space that will include an inclusive playground, outdoor performance area and public art. The Daily Record
