- ➤ New data from Realtor.com showed that homes in Wayne County sold for a lower median price of $229,750 in June, down 4.2% from May and 10.4% lower than June last year—single-family homes fell 1.7% and condos dropped 32%. The number of recorded home sales also declined by 31% compared to June 2024. The Daily Record
