- ➤ The Food Independence Summit will be held on June 18 to 19 at Timbercrest Camp and RV Park near Walnut Creek and will have speakers like Joel Salatin, Calley Means and Dr. Julian Douwes along with workshops on topics such as beekeeping — microgreens and soil care.
