- ➤ Wooster and nearby areas will host several events this week—Main Street Music at the Pavilion from May 15 through Sept 20, the Wooster Farmer's Market each Saturday until Oct 4, a village-wide garage sale in Millersburg on May 16-17, and a Peace Officer Memorial service on May 16—and a Ladies Day Tea Party and Spa Day in Killbuck on May 18 that offer fun local gatherings. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A retaining wall rebuild will close the street in front of Der Dutchman in Walnut Creek for 60 days starting in June while businesses remain open with detours directing visitors to parking on Olde Pump Street and the Carlisle Village Inn driveway. State Route 515 will close to non-local traffic for 75 days during rehabilitation—drivers should use detours via Routes 62 and 39 through Berlin to return. The Daily Record
