During National Volunteer Week from April 20th to 26th, the Wayne County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center held an appreciation day to thank its volunteers.

Volunteers like Cherokee Adams + Heidi Post care for the dogs by feeding, grooming, and walking them to help find them homes.
