- ➤ Pastor Dan Eggan discussed his views on heaven at the Half-Full Bereavement Fellowship at Central Christian Church, sharing Scripture + images of microbes to spark dialogue among 14 participants. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The YMCA of Wayne County will open Holmes County Y Learning Academy on May 11 at NewPointe Church’s Millersburg campus, offering full-day care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. The program will run Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Bargain Hunter
- ➤ Isabella Coenen, a College of Wooster chemistry major and president of the Wooster Volunteer Network, is named a Ping Award recipient for leadership and community service today. The Community Campus Coalition presented the award along with a Legacy Award (including a $250 donation to a nonprofit of her choice). The Daily Record
