- ➤ Jon Witter is named assistant dean and director at Ohio State ATI with a term ending June 30, 2030; he has served as interim since April 1, 2025 & will lead the institute at the Wooster campus of the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The Daily Record

- ➤ NASA says the season naturally brings a 10%-30% rise in fireball meteors. A 7-ton meteor exploded over Ohio on March 17, triggering a sonic boom and meteorite searches in Medina County while the College of Wooster Department of Geology welcomes suspected finds. The Daily Record
