- ➤ The American Heart Association has urged Wayne County residents to join National Walking Day on April 1 to boost heart and mental health. Community members may also register for the 2026 Wayne County Heart Walk at Kean Elementary on Sept. 24. The Daily Record
- ➤ Austin-Bailey Health and Wellness Foundation granted $181,600 to 13 nonprofits in Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties to support physical, mental health and educational programs.
