- ➤ Yesterday, March 17 a meteor exploded over parts of Ohio near Lake Erie and created a sonic boom that rattled houses across Northeast Ohio. The National Weather Service confirmed the event with satellite images and video, and meteorites have been found in 14 locations including Wooster. The Daily Record
