- ➤ The Jane Austen Ball will occur from 7 to 10 p.m. March 28 at Wayne Center for the Arts, 237 S. Walnut St. The event offers live music and beginner instruction starting at 6:30 p.m., and encourages participants to wear period costumes or other dressy attire while switching partners. - ➤ Internationally acclaimed pianist Halida Dinova will perform on March 14 at 7 p.m. at Wayne Center for the Arts in Wooster as part of the center's concert series. - ➤ Wooster girls basketball turned their season around by rising from a 3-21 record + finishing 12-12 and reaching the Division II district finals.
