- ➤ Catholic Charities is expanding its Easter meal program to serve free meals. Meals will be offered at St. Edward Parish in Ashland (5-6 p.m. on Apr. 1) and St. Stephen Parish in West Salem (5:30-6:30 p.m.), while take-home meals are available Apr. 2 with registration by Mar. 23. - ➤ The Wayne County Humane Society in Wooster cared for over 1,600 animals last year and seeks volunteers and donations (volunteer training is monthly). The shelter will host a St. Patrick’s Day Bowling Fundraiser at Ballerz Sports Club on March 14 and a TNR event from March 7 to 9. The Bargain Hunter
